Massage School Staff

Ben Z. Drillings, D.C.

Dr. Drillings directs the a2zHealth Massage Schools in Thousand Oaks and Reseda, and Ben Drillings Chiropractic, Inc. Dr. Drillings graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1990. Before that he studied physical education and exercise physiology at C.W. Post College, Long Island University in New York, where he received a soccer scholarship. He finished his undergraduate education at Regent College in New York. Dr. Drillings is a Certified Sports Physician.

Rachel Paz

Rachel is our academic administrator. Her primary goal is to maintain an optimal educational environment for all the students as well as supervising and catering to the needs of the students, instructors and office staff.

L. Zinman, D.C.

Dr. Zinman is a chiropractor who teaches anatomy, CPR, and first aid at the Thousand Oaks and Reseda campuses. Dr. Zinman received her B.S. degree and her doctorate from Cleveland Chiropractic College. Her philosophy is to reach an optimum level of wellness through massage therapy and chiropractic treatments.

Diane Furbeyre, D.C.

Dr. Furbeyre received her license to practice in California in 1994. She attended University of Southern California where most of her six siblings went to school; her mother is former head department librarian. Her experience in providing chiropractic care includes a background in serving those with personal and work-related injuries. Her philosophy of including chiropractic care as part of one's wellness program together with massage therapy goes hand-in-hand with the mission of the a2zHealth Massage Schools.

Rinat Sharon Levy, L.M.T.

Sharon began her massage and reflexology studies in 1998 at the Masters College of Natural Healing in Tel-Aviv. Since then she has dedicated her time to perfecting her therapy by pursuing additional education. She has studied acupressure, deep tissue and sports massage, trigger point therapy, aromatherapy, pregnancy and infant massage, hot stone therapy, lomi-lomi, and many other important modalities.

Sharon has worked in spas and chiropractic offices, but confesses to "have found her true calling" in teaching in our school. Her goal is to educate as many people as possible on the great therapeutic value of massage therapy. She enjoys supporting her students to discover the joy of massage, while discovering the endless possibilities of this life-changing career.

Lisa Ianiro, L.M.T., L.E., B.A.

Ms. Ianiro has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, and has been working in our school as a massage therapy instructor for more than four years. She's been practicing as a massage therapist for more than eight years, and as an esthetician for four years. She teaches courses in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Aromatherapy. Her main goal is to teach how to heal through the art of Masssage Therapy.

Marcelle MacCulloch, L.M.T.

Marcelle graduated from a2zHealth’s Massage Therapist Program, and attended many advanced modalities classes. She teaches Swedish and Hot Stones massage and is involved in our Foreign Student Program. Marcelle loves working with new students and helping people achieve their dreams. She is also pursuing a degree in archaeology.

Robert Garza

Robert Garza graduated from Maui School of Therpeutic Massage in 1997 and received a degree in liberal studies from the University of Hawaii in 1995. He has been practicing bodywork for the last seven years, and has been teaching basic Swedish program, lomi-lomi, hot-stone therapy, and chair massage.
